RETURNS & SHIPPING

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unaltered items in the original box with all the original hardware and manual(s) purchased from HumanCentric for a full refund within 30 days of the date of the purchase.

Our warehouse will take 1-3 business days to process and inspect the returned items. Once the returned item is approved, please allow up to 10 days for the bank to post your refund.

Q: What is your shipping policy? 
A: For all desk accesories and mounts, all orders ship next business day, excluding company holidays. Standard shipping is UPS Ground or USPS. 

This does NOT include the Workflow Desk, as it is an oversize item and requires special handling. Our customer support team will provide shipping information and timelines as soon as they are available.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship direct to the US, Canada, and UK. But international customers can find some of our products listed on the Amazon sites in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Australia. Amazon.com also offers international shipping for most of our products to many countries.

Q: Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
A: Definitely! We typically provide discounts for case quantities for most of our products. Please reach out to our support team to get a quote.
