Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unaltered items in the original box with all the original hardware and manual(s) purchased from HumanCentric for a full refund within 30 days of the date of the purchase. To make a return, follow the instructions found here.

Our warehouse will take 1-3 business days to process and inspect the returned items. Once the returned item is approved, please allow up to 10 days for the bank to post your refund.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:  Shipping is free for all states in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Our orders are sent with ground shipping from the Midwest, so most orders will arrive within 5 days. We do offer 2-Day shipping for an additional fee as well.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally! There is an additional charge to ship products internationally based on the country of the shipping address.

Note: Customers from the EU can find some of our products listed on the Amazon sites in the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.



Q: Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
A: Definitely! We typically provide discounts for quantities of 20 or more for most of our products. Please reach out to our support team to get a quote.
