Important notes: For the best sound quality, mount the Sonos Ray with at least 1 foot of open space on both sides. Leave at least 2.5 inches between the mounting bracket and the bottom of your TV. Check to make sure you can reach the touch controls on top of the Sonos Ray before mounting.

Can be install on concrete but one issue

I installed mine on concrete using tapcon screws. So far holding well. Only issue is, when the Sonos ray is mounted there isn’t a lot of space between the wall and the back of the Ray. This makes it hard for you to use optical cable for TV. I had to lengthen the screws some to create more of a gap between the mount and ray to allow me to install the optical cable.
