The Challenge: Conduct international focus groups in Sweden, Germany, Japan, and China to learn consumer impressions of design and icon visual treatments as well as expectations for support software in general.
The Approach: Coordinate and observe international focus groups in order to determine cultural differences/similarities regarding iconage and support software expectations.
The Result: A set of guidelines that will enable the client to develop an internationally appealing support software application, both in terms of visual appeal and feature set.
