Mobile

HumanCentric's staff has an extensive history working with mobile products. Over the course of our history we have worked for or with most of the major North American operators and most of the major handset manufacturers, including Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Kyocera, and Qualcomm. We have also worked directly with carriers including Verizon and Sprint.

A number of mid-sized content and servicer provider companies have come to HumanCentric for support with design and research activities including Buzzwire, Motricity, and Oasys Mobile.

We are very familiar with working in all aspects of the telecom industry, ranging from handset design that takes into consideration network capabilities and operator requirements, accessory design, application design and development, creating and documenting operator requirements, and mobile user research, local and global.

We approach each mobile project with an understanding of the project and client's unique circumstances. HumanCentric develops a unique approach to answering difficult questions in a cost-effective and efficient manner. We are a strong partner based on our domain experience, our detailed usability testing experience and our diverse skill sets.
