The Challenge: Design a self-service platform for the branch-banking industry that enables bank customers to perform several tasks that were formerly executed by the teller.

The Approach:

• Identify key internal components and product use requirements
• Develop user scenarios in order to identify potential problems with the kiosk
• Develop aesthetic designs from sketch ideation to CAD modeling
• Customize product solutions for the purchasing client
• Create the User Interface Design

The Result: A KioskCom award winning product that allows customers "set up" their own transactions in order to save time and reduce waiting. The end result is a kiosk that is both approachable and user friendly.
