The Challenge:To conduct user research with various mp3 input controllers in order to identify to compare characteristics including comfort, ease-of-use and optimal performance.

The Approach:

• Conduct a usability test comparing three different input control types
• Assess speed and accuracy metrics along with user preferences
• Code and classify task errors commmitted for comparison across devices

The Result:A set of input controller comparisons which identified mp3 player control characteristics and a recommended set of best practices.
