Elizabeth is a Human Factors Specialist at HumanCentric. She has experience in applying all aspects of the user-centered design process to a variety of products, applications, and processes. Her expertise is in gathering user requirements and translating them into usable and useful user interface designs for complex mission-critical systems. Prior to joining HumanCentric, Elizabeth was a Human Systems Engineer at Aptima, where she designed and evaluated complex mission-critical systems that supported military surveillance, reconnaissance, and intelligence gathering. She has also provided user interface design and evaluation expertise for companies such as General Motors and Comerica Bank. Elizabeth received a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University. She also received a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Carnegie Mellon, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction. She is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
