Leigh McClure
Human Factors Specialist

I like puzzles. To me, product design is like doing a puzzle, you keep trying pieces until you find the perfect fit. When all the pieces are properly assembled the result is a product that users will truly love. In my time at HumanCentric, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of "puzzles" with diverse requirement sets, design challenges, and target end users. I have worked for clients such as Chrysler, Dell, Kodak, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung and UID.
My human factors training includes biomechanics, anthropometrics, ergonomics, occupational health and safety and universal design. Prior to coming to HumanCentric, I carried out a diverse set of research topics ranging from lifting mechanics to safety compliance. My main interests include ergonomics, biomechanics, safety, software interface design and hardware design.
