Cary, NC - Custom Setups
We can simulate the appropriate environment for your study. Setups that we have created in the past include a hospital room, airplane cabin, living room, office space and training room. Our larger study room is 16' x 20', large enough to accommodate large structures or multiple people.
Please contact us if you have a special environment you would like us to create.
Hospital Room
We have created hospital environments for testing medical devices and have METI software for patient simulations. We have worked with each of the major hospitals in the area (UNC Health Care System, Duke University Health System, and Wake Med Hospital) and are easily able to recruit nurses and other medically trained professionals.
Airplane Cabin
Our industrial designers built an airplane cabin interior with flooring, curved wall/ceiling, and floor lighting for the "aisle". The cabin surrounded four rows of airplane seating for a study of comfort and seating design for short-term and long-term flights.
Living Room
A living room setting can help participants feel relaxed and at home for testing consumer electronics such as DVRs and video games. This setting is also comfortable for conducting one-on-one interviews.
Training Room
Our larger study room is 16'x20', large enough for corporate training, offsite workshops, large scale simultaneous testing, and group training for large studies. We can arrange tables in rows to accommodate 18 trainees, or a U-shape to accommodate 10.
