Our state-of-the-art research suites include study rooms equipped with flexible video and audio recording capabilities. Multiple camera mount points and wide one-way mirrors allow you to observe sessions from a variety of perspectives in private. Our equipment capabilities include:

• One-way mirror, 11 feet wide
• Raised counter at mirror
• Wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted pan-tilt-zoom cameras
• Remote control of cameras
• Ceiling-mounted speakers with volume control
• Talk-back microphone system
• A variety of displays for camera views or participant computer screen
• Stream into one of our meeting rooms; monitor sessions while you work or have a team meeting
• Stream securely over the internet; watch from the comfort of your desk or a meeting room.
• Digital video/audio recording

We can use tight-zoom overhead cameras or a lipstick camera for close-ups of mobile phones, keyboards, game controllers, glucose meters, printer control panels, etc. We can combine a product shot with a close up of a participant's face to capture facial expressions.
